Overnight stays, average length per guest

Counts how many overnight stays a guest has on average per check-in.

Accommodation nights, used

Counts the number of nights the accommodation unit is used. For example, if a unit is rented for 3 nights, this counts as 3 accommodation nights. The number of guests staying is not relevant in this context
